Tuition Policies

An annual registration fee will charged to each student upon enrollment.

• Registration Fee for New Students: $275 ($150 School Age)
• Registration Fee for Returning Students: $225

Tuition is averaged over the entire year to make each of your payments the same amount each month. Tuition is due by the 1st of the month. There will be a $50 late fee added to the tuition if received after 6:00pm on the 5th of the month. Discounts are not given for any reasons (i.e. illnesses, family vacations, and/or emergency or weather closures).

We are OPEN December 21-December 23 (Monday-Wednesday)* HVPCC is CLOSED December 24-25 (TH-F) & December 28-January 1 (M-F).

*Attendance during Winter and Spring Break have separate fees according to attendance and are IN ADDITION to the regular monthly tuition.

During Spring Break, we are OPEN March 22-26 (M-F)*

If a child is absent due to illness, emergency and/or weather closures, full tuition is still due.

A 30-day written notification is required.

A pre-paid 30-day written notification is required.

$1 per minute, per child will be added for early drop-offs or late pick-ups outside of your child's regular schedule (i.e. 9-12:30, 7:30-4:30).

(There is a 5-minute grace period)

This does not include our flexible full day 7am-6pm schedule.

Extra days or hours may be available upon request. Extra days and hours will be charged at the current hourly or daily rate. The extra hourly/daily rate is only applied if approved 6 or more hours in advance when space is available. Reserved space may not be traded for different hours or other days.

Closing time is 6pm. A charge of $2 per minute, per child will be added for late pick-up.

10% sibling discounts are applied to the lesser tuition(s).

There is a $50 return item fee. The returned item must be replaced with a cashier's check or cash.

The Department of Early Learning and Care (DELC) requires an adult to be present when a child is signed in and out. You must sign your child in and out on one of our designated Lillio tablets. For the safety of all children, please make eye contact and/or verbal communication with a teacher at each drop off and pick up to ensure that we are aware of your child's arrival and departure times.
